Pink Moon

Yoga + Doula

Hello, and thank you for being here! My name is Elizabeth (She, Her) I am a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, 200 hr Registered Yoga Instructor and 85 hr Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor serving Pottstown, PA and surrounding area.

I focus on functional movement and inclusivity from a trauma informed lens in my yoga classes.  My goal is that everyone feels welcome and heard to create an empowering environment. I want to give my students tools to find balance and breath in their bodies throughout their daily lives.

My passion also lies in reproductive justice. I believe  that all families should have access to evidence based research to make the most informed choices around pregnancy, birth and creating a family. When I had my daughter in April of 2020, I had no idea of the support and community I craved so badly. This community is what I want to bring to life in my classes and offerings. Let's create our village together.

In my free time I enjoy  dance, music and anything outdoors from biking and hiking to breweries and concerts.

Pink Moon  was inspired from my own birth story. My daughter was born on the full Pink Moon of April 2020. The pink moon is typically the first full moon of springtime and signifies rebirth after winter. I believe pregnancy, birth and postpartum can be some of the most transformative times in our lives. Just like with any transformation or rebirth, it can also be messy! I'm here for all of it, and will be in your corner cheering you on. From pregnancy through parenthood I'm excited to see the transformation happen and see you thrive.

Mission Statement

It is my goal as a birth worker to be an advocate for equality of care and reproductive rights in my community. To empower, nurture and hold space for all birthing individuals regardless of race, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status or religion. I want to provide education and resources for my clients to learn their rights and plan the birth that they choose. I work to validate their experiences and creatively encourage a sense of community and provide support that everyone deserves. I am committed to checking my own biases and being open to learning from all I meet.
