All Levels Vinyasa 

Join me for an All Levels Vinyasa style class. In this class you can expect to flow through poses with breath and intention, moving in a way that feels best to your body. All are welcome! This moderately paced class will offer options to challenge your practice while also allowing time for guided modifications in any pose or sequence as needed. Join me for a midweek pick me up as we deepen our mind body connection through yoga and movement. Find community with one another as we share our practice and leave feeling refreshed.

Pre-Post Natal Yoga, "Yoga for Moms" 

This class is designed to meet you where you are in your pregnancy journey from pregnancy to becoming a parent. Safely focusing on the mind-body connection, pelvic floor and functional movement. With an understanding of birth recovery, we will offer pose progressions to meet your needs. Babies that are pre-walking are welcomed to accompany! This class will encourage bonding and connecting with baby through breath work and meditations.

Postpartum Yoga for Parents and Baby

This class is designed to nourish the caregiver and to connect and engage with your baby. Your baby will spend some time on a blanket next to their caregiver while we work on healing the postpartum body. The last 20 minutes of the class will be dedicated to spending some time stretching with your baby, breathing and connecting. This class aims to nourish the caregiver and create community with other caregivers in their childbearing years. Stretching supports the caregiver through breastfeeding/chestfeeding and carrying the baby while also incorporating work to strengthening the perineum and core.

Pre-Post Natal Yoga 11-12pm This class is a highly beneficial prenatal, postnatal, and postpartum yoga flow.  Prenatal Yoga 

Prenatal Yoga will help to foster a deeper connection between you and baby. Can create space for baby to grow and move into an optimal fetal position. Learn functional movement to strengthen and connect to your pelvic floor and the muscles that will support proper alignment of the spine.  Yoga during pregnancy can ease common aches and pains, reduce stress AND improve mental clarity. Plus, feel better prepared for labor and birth by learning and practicing different poses/movements that you can come back to during labor. 

Postpartum Yoga

This class is designed those who have recently given birth and have been cleared by midwife or doctor to exercise. This class is all about you and to take care of self. Rebuild strength through gentle and restorative yoga poses, functional movement exercises and stretching. Breath work to help recenter to self, release tension and improve mental clarity

All Levels Yoga

 Yoga for all levels of experience. These classes will be Vinyasa in style using our breath to slowly move from pose to pose. Focus on proper technique and alignment of poses with emphasis on breath, personal intention and a balance between dynamic movement and relaxation
